We can't help ourselves: We devour Bon Appetit like it's going out of style. Maybe it's the combination of the magazine's slick design, its fun use of color, and lively, youthful editorial tone. It's definitely not the (literal) meat overkill; one can't help but notice the flesh-obsessed vibe permeating the pages, but at the same time, there's a distinct attempt to stay current on plant-based food trends, and for that--and a few other things, we're hooked.
